Past
Jackson Source is the follow up of the Official Dutch Jackson Fanclub 1979-2006 in a different style. The Official Dutch Jackson Fanclub was run for 27 years by many, many different crew members on a voluntary basis in addition to their (full-time) jobs and personal commitments. During those 27 years, many fans have dedicated their time and energy and a part of their lives to supporting the Jacksons and working for the fan club. That’ s how the fanclub was able to continue, develop and improve all its services for a long time. But in the recent years the demands of the fans and members changed and grown much greater. The fanclub realized that even with the best wishes and efforts, the club wouldn’t be able to meet the needs of fans who pay for a membership.

With changing activity of the Jacksons and the Internet being the main source for news and multimedia the Official Dutch Jackson Fanclub decided not to continue in the old formula. And so the Official Jackson Fanclub continued on as Jackson Source since February 26th, 2006. That was exactly 27 years after the club was founded. Jackson Source's mission is to serve as a portal for all Jackson fans worldwide to find the latest news, photos, fan communities, discographies, biographies, downloads and more!

Present
Jackson Source is run by devoted fan Janneke van der Linden from The Netherlands. She maintains the website, posts updates on all the pages on this site, but also on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and Hyves. She also collects and edits tons of photos and videos to share them in the Jackson Source gallery and YouTube channel. Janneke keeps in touch with members of the Jackson fFmily, managers, assistants, music labels and to the Jacksons related companies. It's all for L.O.V.E. and to provide fans with the latest news and exclusive contents.

On Facebook, Tina Müller from Germany helps out posting news updates and responding to fan questions.

Future
The goal is to keep supporting the Jacksons and the next generation who pursue a career in music and/or show business and to keep Michael's legacy alive forever.
