Biography
Michael Joseph Jackson began his musical career at the age of five as lead singer of The Jackson 5 and made his first solo recordings in 1971 as part of the Jackson 5 franchise. He began a full-fledged solo career in 1979 and formally parted with his siblings in 1984. Since then he has recorded and co-produced the best-selling album of all-time (Thriller, with over fifty million copies sold worldwide), received thirteen Grammy Awards, charted thirteen number-one singles in the US, and sold over 300 million albums and singles worldwide. Michael has been awarded numerous honors, including the World Music Award for "Best Selling Male solo Artist of the Millennium". Michael Jackson was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001. Michael traveled all over the world to greet his fans in every corner of the earth and performed in many cities and countries on his massive popular giant world tours.
Michael was married to Elvis Presly's daugther Lisa Marie for 18 months. After that, he married Debbie Rowe, who granted him a son (Prince Michael Jr.) in 1997 and a daugther Paris Michael Katherine in 1998. In 2001 Michael had another son, Prince Michael Jr. II (Blanket). In 1993 and 2003, Michael Jackson faces allegations of child sexual abuse, and was eventually tried and acquitted of these allegations in 2005.
On June 25 2009, on the evening of his comeback tour This Is It, Michael is rushed to UCLA hospital sufferring a cardiac arrest and dies, leaving te world in mourning. Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.
Michael Jackson is without a doubt the Greatest Entertainer that ever lived whose successful music career and controversial personal life have been at the forefront of pop culture for the last quarter-century. His music spans many styles, including R&B/soul, pop, disco, funk, rock, and hip hop. His innovations in popular music, and the music video medium have influenced today's popular singers. Even though he is greatly missed, family, friends, celebrities, artists and fans are keeping Michael's legacy alive.

Songs
Michael used to "over-record" when he was doing an album. For every album he recorded lots of songs and only a dozen would make it to the final cut that was released to the public. Lots of demos, samples or complete tracks that were never released have leaked onto the Internet over the past years. Some of Michael's work that was either unfinished, not to his satisfaction or not used may be released in the next few years.
